Military Child

April is the Month of the Military Child

Clover Park School District (CPSD) has the honor of serving children who live in our Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Lakewood communities. More than 31 percent of students in CPSD are military connected.

Each April we celebrate the Month of the Military Child and our military-connected children and youth. This year’s theme is “Military Children and Youth: A Resilient Force in a Changing World.”

Show your support for our military-connected students by wearing purple, engaging in celebratory activities and sharing encouraging messages.
